Fish Effigy Folding Knife

1 in stock

This is one of the coolest dug folding knives I’ve ever seen. It’s a fish effigy design, with scales and eyes. Based on the way the knife was laying in the ground, one side of the knife scales was well-preserved, and the other side was not. In any event, it’s extremely rare for any remaining bone or wood scales to be left on folding knives which are dug. The blade is intact, though I haven’t attempted to open, nor would I attempt to get opened. See photographs for exact condition, but it’s in great shape for a ground find relic. I’ve never seen another like it. A number of people have already expressed desire to have a modern artisan make a bench copy of it.
