Description
Large 18th Century Folding Knife
Dug in Good Hart, Michigan, site of L’Arbre Croche, or the Crooked Tree – an important Ottawa site from the 17th and 18th century. Probably a British trade item during the Fur Trade Era. It does have a maker’s mark, though I haven’t found the maker as of yet.
Probably one of my favorites.
